Hasit Lunagaria, Principal of Lunagaria Consulting Group, is a seasoned HR Consultant and Executive Coach with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries.

With over 25 years of global experience at Fortune 500 companies as well as several years serving as the Head of HR for a start-up biotech business, Hasit has built a strong reputation for helping business leaders and their teams drive organizational growth and transformation while fostering engaging, fun, and productive workplace cultures.

He is deeply committed to developing talent and helping individuals and teams thrive while achieving remarkable business results.

Hasit’s expertise includes training and organizational development; executive coaching and team development; talent management, including performance management, succession planning and career development; and HR business partnering particularly as it pertains to solving complex employee relations issues and organizational health challenges.  He is known for his ability to build deep, trusting relationships and partner effectively with leaders across all levels, geographies, and personality styles.
 
As a Gestalt-trained executive coach, Hasit brings advanced facilitation, process consultation skills, and a highly relational approach to his work. He is certified in 5 Dynamics, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Korn Ferry Voices 360, and multiple organizational assessments designed to enhance individual, team, and enterprise effectiveness. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Leadership from Bellevue University and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from Rutgers University.
